Points for Vitamin Water XXX regular

Since I started talking about weight watchers. Well I looked up the vitamin water for you all and the vitamin water zero is just that, no points. However good news the regular vitamin water XXX is ONLY 1 POints plus. Amazing right! There is also no artificial sweetners in the ingredients.

    Vitamin water is glorified sugar water. XXX has anywhere from 10-35g of sugar, depending on the flavor. I recommend Skratch, an electrolyte powder. It comes in pouches that last months and give a light yet tasty flavor to water. You can find it in sports stores.

    It may not be chuck full of vitamins but it has a pleasant taste and it’s water, hydration plus for me. 1 point really isn’t to much it could be worse I could be drinking a coke.😊
